Dave Pettengill is an independent insurance agent known for advising individuals and companies about their insurance needs. Dave has been in the insurance industry for over 17 years. He is credited as being one of the youngest Exclusive Agents with Allstate back in 2007. Dave has now transitioned to being independent to provide the most possible options for his clientele. Dave is a two-time voted president of the local networking chapter in his community. Recently, Dave has earned his CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) Designations. It represents a career-long commitment to stay on top of important industry changes and to be aware of new risks that arise so that he may better serve he clients. Dave is the kind of individual who is not content to just collect annual commissions. He wants to be the best that he can be in the insurance industry. He has used his education to gain an in-depth understanding of the nuances of complex risks and the best way to address them. Training to become a CIC includes 100 classroom hours and five comprehensive exams.
He is a lifelong Michigan resident and loves traveling within the great lakes state, enjoying craft beer and rooting for the local sports teams. He loves traveling with his wife Krystal and his favorite job of all is being a father of three boys.
Sonja has over 45 years of experience in the insurance industry. From Claims to Service, she can handle it all.
Sonja now handles all the renewals with Michigan Insurance and Financial – Grand Blanc. She is detail oriented, and makes sure that you are getting the best policies and all possible discounts.
Sonja resides in Frankenmuth. She loves spending time with her grandchildren! She also has a passion for animals. She enjoys walking her Bloodhound Trapper, and just being around animals!
Rubie Williams is a licensed Customer Service Representative who exemplifies service with a smile. She has spent the last 10 years crafting her customer service skills in the insurance industry. She loves her role as the “happy to help” face of our office. Rubie prides herself in being accurate, organized, and timely and truly understands the importance being both professional and personable.
Rubie is very passionate about spending quality family time with her husband and kids. Outside of the office she enjoys cooking, reading, and watching scary movies. She loves thunderstorms and spending time in nature. She believes the key to success in both her professional and personal life are to never stop learning, be your own motivation, and to always stay positive (a genuine smile goes a long way and can make someone’s day).
